Existing damage

Apex Bins is not responsible for pre-existing cracks, worn wheels, loose lids, faded plastic, stains, or damage already present before service.

Odor and pests

Cleaning and deodorizing can help reduce odor and buildup, but no service can guarantee that odors, pests, or bacteria will never return after future trash use.

Customer responsibility

Please remove personal items, loose trash, hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, needles, or other unsafe materials from bins before service.

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, route changes, or other conditions outside of normal control.
